Product warranty:
The Zida Control Device comes with a ONE-year manufacturer’s warranty on defects related to material or workmanship from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover water damage to the device or corrosion resulting from battery failure.
The Zida Control Sock comes with a TWO-year manufacturer’s warranty on defects related to material or workmanship from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover electric misfunction stemming from product washing or care in contraindication with care instructions.
This warranty excludes damage and aging related to routine product use. The Zida Control Sock’s intended lifespan is 12 uses. Should your Zida Control Device or Control Socks develop a fault within the warranty period, contact Exodus Innovations. Exodus Innovations will replace or repair it free of charge, provided the products
Have been used for their intended purpose and in the manner described in the instructions for use.
Have not been connected to an unsuitable power source.
Have not been subjected to misuse or neglect.
Have not been modified or repaired by anyone other than an approved Exodus Innovations repair technician.
